CHAP. 929.— An Act for the relief of Henry G. Healy.September 25, 1890. *Be it enacted by the. Senate and House of Representatives of the United Henry G. Healy.Military record con reeled. States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to muster into the service, to rank as lieutenant-colonel from the twenty-sixth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-three (the date from which he was to take rank in commission), Henry G.
Healy, late lieutenant-colonel Sixty-fifth New York Volunteers, with all pay and emoluments,Pay, etc. from May twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to August fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, September 25, 1890.
