CHAP. 928.— An Act to correct the military record of William Smith, of Tennessee.September 25, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,William Smith.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and hereby is. authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the record of William Smith, of Tennessee, late a private in Battery E, First Tennessee Light Artillery, and grant, to the said William Smith an honorable discharge.Honorable discharge. Approved, September 25, 1890.
