CHAP. 903.— An Act granting relief to Samuel D. Harper.September 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House, of Representatives of the United. States of America, in Congress assembled*,Samuel D. Harper.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be. and he is hereby, directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing on the rolls of the Army against the name of Samuel D. Harper, late a private in Company K. Thirtieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and now a resident of Humeston, Wayne Honorable discharge.County, Iowa, and grant him an honorable discharge of date August thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, September 4, 1890.
