CHAP. 899.— An Act for the relief of Isabella Hance, administrative of William Hance.September 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Hanee.Payment to administratrive. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Isabella Hance, administratrix of William Hance, of Montgomery County, Maryland, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand eight hundred and thirty-five dollars and thirty cents, being for stores and supplies taken and used by the United States Army, as found by the Court of Claims, the same being in full for and the receipt of the same to be taken and accepted as a full and final discharge of the whole claim.
