CHAP. 896.— An Act granting a pension to Mary S. Miller.September 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary S. Miller.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the pro visions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary S. Miller, as the widow of William J. Miller, late private of Company K, Thirty-third Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry. Approved, September 4, 1890.
