CHAP. 892.— An Act granting a pension to N. L. Young.September 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mrs. N. L. Young.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations oi the pension laws, the name of N. L. Young, mother of Henry H. Young, ate lieutenant-colonel Second Regiment Rhode Island Volunteers. Approved, September 4, 1890.
