CHAP. 891.— An Act granting a pension to John Swearer.September 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Swearer.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of John Swearer, at the rate of twenty dollars per month from the date of the passage of this act in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, September 4, 1890.
