CHAP. 88.— An Act to make payment to E. H. Mix. E. H. Griswold, D. D. Griffith, and C. C. Goodspeed, on erroneous land-entry payments.January 21, 1891. Whereas, the said persons entered eighty acres of land at UnitedPreamble. States Land Office at La Grande. State of Oregon, and by mistake of the officers thereof paid the United States five dollars per acre instead of two dollars and fifty cents per acre, the legal price therefor: Therefore *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*E.
H. Mix, E.H. Griswold, D. D. Griffith, C. C. Goodspeed.Payment to., That there be, and is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred dollars, and that the same be made payable and be paid to E. H. Mix, E. H. Griswold, D. D. Griffith, and C. C. Goodspeed, of the State of Oregon. Approved, January 21, 1891.
