CHAP. 88.— An Act granting an increase of pension to General Horace BoughtonApril 16, 1890. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Horace Boughton.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 88, 90-94. 1890.1125 pension laws, the name of Horace Boughton, late a brevet brigadier- general in the Army of the United States, at the rate of one hundred dollars per month; said pension to be in lieu of that which he now receives. Approved, April 16, 1890.
