CHAP. 878.— An Act granting a pension to Benjamin W. Botts.September 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Benjamin W. Botts.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin W. Botts, of Missouri, late a member of Company B, Thirtieth Regiment Iowa Volunteers. Approved, September 4, 1890.
