CHAP. 877.— An Act for the relief of the Norfolk County ferry committee.September 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rej)resenfatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Norfolk County ferry committee.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Norfolk County ferry committee, of Norfolk, Virginia, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of forty-two thousand three hundred dollars, that being the amount collected by the Quartermaster’s Department of the United States Army as tolls and ferriages for the transportation of civilians, their animals and freights, for three years and eleven months, excepting eight days, beyond the current expenses and repairs of said ferry as found by the Court of Claims.
