CHAP. 869.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Augustus J. Wernitsch.September 2, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Augustus J. Wernitsch.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls the name of Augustus J. Wernitsch, late of Company A, Sixth Regiment Kansas Cavalry, United States Volunteers, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of his present pension of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, September 2, 1890.
