CHAP. 866.— An Act granting a pension to Maria E. Baker.September 2, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Maria E. Baker.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Densionroll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the 1250 pension laws, the name of Maria E. Baker, widow of Benjamin T. taker, late a quartermaster on the United States steamer Spuyten Duyvil, in the United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, September 2, 1890.
