CHAP. 863.— An Act granting a pension to Mary J. Milroy.September 2, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary J. Milroy.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-rolls the name of Mary J. Milroy, widow of Robert H. Milroy, late a major-general United States Volunteers, and a soldier in the Mexican war, at the rate of seventy-five dollars per month. Approved, September 2, 1890.
