CHAP. 86.— An Act granting an increase of pension to John F. Ballier.April 16, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,John F. Battler.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to in-crease the pension of John F. Ballier, late colonel of Ninety-eighth Pennsylvania Volunteers, in the war of the rebellion, at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, April 16, 1890.
