CHAP. 843.— An Act granting a pension to Mary Ellen Fitzgerald.August 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Ellen Fitzgerald.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the 1245 pension laws, the name of Mary Ellen Fitzgerald, invalid daughter of Michael Fitzgerald, late a soldier in Company G. Sixth United States Infantry, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, August 30, 1890.
