CHAP. 828.— An Act granting a pension to Florida Kennerly.August 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Florida Kennerly.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll the name of Florida. Kennerly, widow of Pierre M. Kennerly, late of Captain McKinstry's company, Mexican war volunteers. Approved, August 29, 1890.
