CHAP. 827.— An Act granting a pension to Edgar M. Cherry.August 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edgar M. Cherry.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior* be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Edgar M. Cherry, late a member of Company A, Thirty-second Regiment Wisconsin Volunteers, and pay rim a pension of twenty-four dollars a month, in lieu of the pension re is now receiving. Approved, August 29, 1890.
