CHAP. 823.— An Act granting a pension to Mary E. Harney.August 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary E. Harney.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. Harney, widow of William S. Harney, late brigadier-general and brevet major-general United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, August 29, 1890.
