CHAP. 822.— An Act granting a pension to Andrew J. Foust.August 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew J. Foust.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws, the name of Andrew J. Foust, Company B, One hundred and twenty-eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry. Approved, August 29, 1890.
