CHAP. 813.— An Act amending an act entitled “An act to constitute Lincoln, Nebraska, a port of delivery, and to extend the provisions of the act of June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled ‘An act to amend the statutes in relation to immediate transportation of dutiable goods, and for other purposes,’ to said port of Lincoln.”August 28, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lincoln, Nebr., made port of delivery, and immediate transportation privileges extended to.Vol. 35, p. 565, Amended.Vol. 21, p. 173.
That the act approved October nineteenth, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, entitled “An act to constitute Lincoln, Nebraska, a port of delivery, and to extend the provisions of the act of June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled ‘An act to amend the statutes in relation to immediate transportation of dutiable goods, and for other purposes,’ to the said port of Lincoln,” be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to read as follows: " “That Lincoln, in the State of Nebraska, be, and is hereby, constituted a port of delivery in the customs collection district of New Orleans, and that the privileges of the seventh section of the act Vol. 21, p. 174.approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled ‘An act to amend the statutes in relation to immediate transportation of dutiable goods, and for other purposes,’ be. and the same are hereby, extended to said port.
And that there shall be appointed at said Surveyor.Compensation increased.port a surveyor with compensation at the rate of nine hundred dollars per annum, with the usual fees and commissions.” " Approved, August 28, 1890.
