CHAP. 811.— An Act for the relief of David L. Truex.August 19, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David L. Truex.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David L. Truex, dependent son of John Truex, late a private in Company D, Eighty-Second Indiana Volunteers, and pay him. through his legally constituted guardian, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, August 19, 1890.
