CHAP. 810.— An Act granting a pension to R Allen McCormick.August 19, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,R. Allen McCormick.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of R. Allen McCormick, late a private in Company F. Ninety-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, for total disability of left arm, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, August 19, 1890.
