CHAP. 809.— An Act granting a pension to Lorenzo D. Whitford.August 19, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lorenzo D. Whitford.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Lorenzo D. Whitford son of William J. Whitford, late a private in Company K, Twenty-sixth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, and to pay him a pension of eighteen dollars per month from and after the day on which the pension now granted to him shall expire by limitation of law.
