CHAP. 808.— An Act for the recognition of F. A. Patterson as a captain of the Third West Virginia Cavalry.August 18, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,F. A. Patterson.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to recognize F. A. Patterson as a captain of the Third West Virginia Cavalry from the twenty-fifth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, the date of his commission, to the date of muster out of his regiment, and that his name be inscribed and taken up as such captain on the rolls of said regiment. Approved, August 18, 1890.
