CHAP. 805.— An Act authorizing the city of Charleston, South Carolina, to open Concord street through the grounds of the United States in that city.August 19, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charleston, S.C., may open Concord street through grounds of the United States. That the city of Charleston, South Carolina, be, and it is hereby, authorized to open Concord street through the grounds of the United States in that city upon such terms and conditions as the Secretary of the TreasuryTerms and conditions. may prescribe. Approved, August 19, 1890.
