CHAP. 794.— An Act to increase the pension of Evelyn W. Miles.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Evelyn W. Mlles.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Evelyn W. Miles and pay her and her minor children the sum of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by them as widow and children of Charles R.
Miles late lieutenant United States Navy, the same to be during the life of the widow, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, August 15, 1890.
