CHAP. 793.— An Act to increase the pension of Eben E. Smith.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eben E. Smith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eben E. Smith, late a private of Company A, of the Eleventh Regiment of Maine Volunteers, and pay him a pension of sixty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act, said pension to be in lieu of that which he is now receiving. Approved, August 15, 1890.
