Potter.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry L. Potter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Henry L. Potter, late colonel of the Seventy-first Regiment of New York State Volunteers, to seventy-two dollars per month. Approved, August 15, 1890.
