CHAP. 789.— An Act to increase the pension of Thomas H. Isbell.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas H. Isbell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior Ire, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Thomas H. Isbell, a veteran of the Mexican war, who has become totally blind, a monthly pension of thirty dollars, in lieu of the amount now paid him. Approved, August 15, 1890.
