CHAP. 788.— An Act to increase the pension of John B Davis.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John B. Davis.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of John B. Davis. late a private in Company I, Ninety-sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, to forty-five dollars per month, and to pay the same to him in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, August 15, 1890.
