CHAP. 787.— An Act to increase the pension of Elmore E. Ewing.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elmore E. Ewing.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Elmore E. Ewing, late a lieutenant of Company A, of the Ninety-first Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one, to thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, August 15, 1890.
