CHAP. 782.— An Act to increase the pension of Edward P. Quinn.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edward P. Quinn.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to increase the pension of Edward P. Quinn, late lieutenant Company D, One Hundred and twenty-third New York Volunteers, to sixty dollars a month. Approved, August 15, 1890.
