CHAP. 781.— An Act to pension John Wagnon.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Wagnon.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of John Wagnon, of Warren, Bradley County, Arkansas, late a corporal in Captain Thomas B. Watts’ company, Colonel William Lindsay’s regiment of Alabama Volunteers in the Florida war, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war, eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, March 3, 1891.
