CHAP. 781.— An Act for the relief of Hugh S. McCormick.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hugh S. McCormick.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be instructed, and he is hereby ordered and directed, to place on the pension-roll the name of Hugh S. McCormick, late a private of Company F, Ninth Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him a pension in accordance with the provisions and limitations of the pension laws Approved, August 15, 1890.
