CHAP. 78.— An act to increase the limit of cost of the public building at Charleston, South Carolina.January 19, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charleston, S. C. Public building. That the limit of cost of the public building in process of erection for the use of the United States courts, post-office, Signal Service, Railway Mail service. and other Government uses, at Charleston, in the State of SouthLimit of cost, increased. Carolina, be extended and increased fifty thousand dollars. Approved, January 19, 1891.
