CHAP. 775.— An Act to increase the pension of William A. Peck.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William A. Peck.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, the name of William A. Peck, late a private in Company H, Third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1891.
