CHAP. 774.— An Act to increase the pension of Leah Allen.March 3, 1891, *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Leah Allen.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Leah Allen, of Andty, Clark County, Arkansas, a pension at the rate of twenty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension of eight dollars per month now received under certificate numbered fifty-nine hundred and twenty-two, Knoxville, Tennessee, agency. Approved, March 3, 1891.
