CHAP. 774.— An Act increasing the pension of Samuel D. Pitcher.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel D. Pitcher.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension now allowed and being paid to Lieutenant Samuel D. Pitcher, late a lieutenant in Captain John Loyall’s troop of Georgia Mounted Volunteers in the war with Mexico, to twenty-five dollars per month, and that the sum of twenty-five dollars per month be paid to said Lieutenant Samuel D. Pitcher, in lieu of the pension now allowed. Approved, August 15, 1890.
