CHAP. 773.— An Act to restore to the pension roll the name of Eliza M. Keith (formerly Eliza Ash)March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza M. Keith, formerly Ash.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension roll the name of Eliza M. Keith (formerly Eliza Ash), and widow of David L. Ash, of Company A, Thirty-seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteers, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, to take effect from the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1891.
