CHAP. 773.— An Act granting an increase of pension to William A. Thomas.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William A. Thomas.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. I. Thomas, late private Company I. Sixty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension equivalent to that paid for the loss of an arm, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, August 15, 1890.
