Showalter.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Représentai ices of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James H. Showalter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of James H. Showalter to the rate of forty dollars per month for blindness, resulting from disease contracted while serving in Company C, Forty-sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry. subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, August 15, 1890.
