CHAP. 771.— An Act to place the name of Robert C. Kerr on the pension roll.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert C. Kerr.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Robert C. Kerr, late of Company G, Seventh Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry. Approved, March 3, 1891.
