CHAP. 771.— An Act to grant a pension to Martin Brachall.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,Martin Brachall.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Martin Brachall, who was a private in Captain J. M. Gillespie’s company, Illinois Militia, in the Black Hawk war. and pay him a pension of twenty dollars per month. Approved, August 15, 1890.
