CHAP. 770.— An Act to grant a pension to Rachel Levy.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America., in Congress assembled*,Rachel Levy.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to put on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachel Levy, of Lexington. Kentucky, the dependent mother of Henry I. Levy, who, after having served in the Second Ohio Infantry, the Twenty-third Kentucky, enlisted in the First United States Cavalry, and died hospital steward in Galveston, Texas. Approved, August 15, 1890.
