CHAP. 767.— An Act pensioning Belinda Jane PhillipsMarch 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Belinda Jane Phillips.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Belinda Jane Phillips, imbecile daughter of Isaih Phillips, late of Company F. Thirtieth Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay to her legally constituted guardian for her use a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
