CHAP. 766.— An Act granting a pension to Mary Ferguson.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Ferguson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mary Ferguson, foster mother of Thomas Ferguson, late a private of Seventeenth New York Independent Battery Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, August 15, 1890.
