CHAP. 765.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Harriet E. Martin.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United' States of America in Congress assembled*,Harriet E. Martin.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on and pension-roll the name of Mrs. Harriet E. Martin, widow of Erastus F. Martin, third assistant engineer United States Navy, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month, in lieu of the rate which she is now paid under pension certificate numbered three thousand one hundred and fifteen. Approved, March 3, 1891.
