CHAP. 765.— An Act granting a pension to Rebecca Tussey.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rebecca Tussey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the Sension laws, the name of Rebecca Tussey, of Jackson County, Kentucky, widow of Jacob L. Tussey. formerly a member of Powell’s Battalion Missouri Volunteers, Mexican War. Approved, August 15, 1890.
