CHAP. 764.— An Act granting increase of pension to Ellis P. Phipps.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellis P. Phipps.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellis P. Phipps, late lieutenant Company A. Twelfth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of forty-five dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1891.
